Behind the Scenes of Sign Fabrication

Every sign we make passes through several departments inside our own facility. Here is what happens behind the scenes.

Cutting

CNC routers and fibre lasers cut metal, acrylic and wood to exact drawings.

Welding and fabrication

Fabricators weld letter returns, cabinets and pylon structures, then grind and finish every joint.

Paint, print and LEDs

Parts are painted to brand colours, graphics are printed in-house, and LED modules are wired and tested.

Quality control

Every sign is checked against the approved drawing and light-tested before it is packed.
