How Large Signage Projects Move From Design to Installation

Survey, design, fabrication and installation: how a complete-site project comes together.

Projects6 min read

A complete-site project like a petrol station involves many signs that must arrive and go live together. This is how we keep it on track.

Survey and design

We measure the site, check structures and power, then prepare drawings for every sign: pylon, canopy, fascia and directional signs.

Fabrication in parallel

Once drawings are approved, each department works at the same time: steel frames, acrylic letters, LED wiring and print.

Testing before delivery

Illuminated elements are switched on and checked in the factory, so there are no surprises on site.

Installation

Our crews schedule cranes and lifts, install each element and connect power, then hand over a finished, working site.
